Lidera operações de fusões e aquisições em diversos setores da economia, tais como: óleo e gás, imobiliário, tecnologia, médico-hospitalar, serviços financeiros, varejista, cosméticos, papel e celulose e energia. Atua também na área de resolução de conflitos societários e reestruturação empresarial, com experiência em governança corporativa e contratos.
